The MISTRALS General Assembly will be held in Malta on the historic campus of the University of Malta in Valletta, March 13, 2012. This meeting follows the international launch of MISTRALS, in the continuity of the Malta Declaration proclaimed in April 2011. The meeting will be devoted to the positioning of partner countries in the co-construction of MISTRALS.

As part of the MISTRALS pan-Mediterranean initiative and in the framework of the cooperation between France’s CNRS Institute of Ecology and Environment and the University of Malta, the second international BioDivMeX workshop (Biodiversity of the Mediterranean eXperiment), entitled “Gozo International Biodivmex Workshop: Mediterranean Biodiversity, Conservation and Sustainable Development”, will be held from 9 to 15 September 2012 in Gozo, Malta.
Hosted by the Meteorological and Hydrological Service of Croatia, the Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries, and the Andrija Mohorovicic Geophysical Institute of the University of Zagreb.
